Davies Designs is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and/or after delivery. We take care to ship all art in a manner to prevent damage in transit. If you receive your product and it is damaged, please contact us at artstudio@daviesdesigns.net with a photo of the damage and we can guide you in the repair process or have the item shipped back, to be covered by the client, for repair at an additional cost in our studio.
